Rentals are available for 6 or 12 months. You're welcome to return the mirror early, but please note that no refunds will be issued for unused time.
We offer a 2 week grace period post hire for collection.
You’ll receive a friendly reminder near the end of your hire to arrange a smooth pickup.
All hires are secured by a formal rental agreement, we’ll walk you through it.

Free within 20 miles of Hereford.
Charged delivery beyond that quoted based on distance, we’ll always provide a custom quote based on your event needs.
Installation is flexible: mirrors can be wall-mounted or left leaning - your call.
Mirrors are indoor only, but may be used outdoors at your venue’s risk on clear, dry days (must be handled with extreme care).
You are liable for any damage during the rental period.

You are responsible for the safety of all rental items during your booking period. Any damage, loss, or theft will result in charges up to the full retail value of the piece(s). An invoice will be sent if necessary.
We carry Public Liability Insurance - documents available on request.
